Text
If the appraised value of real property
determined to be surplus under section 13 of this chapter is less than
ten thousand dollars ($10,000), the department may sell the surplus
property without advertising or competitive bids for not less than the
full appraised value of the surplus property upon approval by the
commissioner and the governor.
