§ 8-23-32-9 — "Worksite speed limit"
As used in this chapter, "worksite speed limit" means a temporary speed limit established by:
(1)the department;
(2)the Indiana finance authority; or
(3)a local unit in the vicinity of a worksite;
under IC 9-21-5-11.
