Text
The department shall allocate at least fifty percent (50%) of the amount available to the department to make grants in a state fiscal year to:
(1)local units that are counties having a population of less than
fifty thousand (50,000); and
(2)local units that are municipalities located in counties having
a population of less than fifty thousand (50,000).
