Text
Except as provided in an agreement entered
into under section 2 of this chapter after June 30, 1985, the department
shall pay all costs in connection with illumination of a state highway
designated as a part of the national system of interstate and defense
highways. The cost of illumination includes installation, repair, energy,
and maintenance.
