Text
The following signs may be erected outside of urban areas beyond six hundred and sixty (660) feet of the right-of-way visible from the traveled way of a highway on the interstate or primary system with the intent of a message being read from the traveled way:
(1)Directional or official signs and notices.
(2)Signs advertising the sale or lease of the property upon which
the signs are located.
(3)Signs indicating the name of the business, activities, or
profession conducted on the property, or identifying the goods
produced or sold, or services rendered on the property.
