§ 8-23-20-5 — Signs in unzoned and zoned commercial and industrial areas
Signs located in unzoned commercial or
industrial areas and zoned commercial or industrial areas must conform
to the standards of size, lighting, and spacing set forth in rules adopted
by the department under the provisions of an agreement under section
1 of this chapter.
