Text
Whenever the attorney general receives a
resolution under section 13 of this chapter, the attorney general shall
commence an action in a court having jurisdiction to enjoin the
violation of this chapter. The attorney general may also request the
prosecuting attorney of the judicial circuit in which the violation has
occurred to institute criminal proceedings against the persons
responsible for violation of this chapter. The prosecuting attorney shall
institute criminal proceedings if requested to do so by the attorney
general.
