Text
Compensation under section 10 of this
chapter shall be paid to a person entitled to compensation upon the
presentation to the department of information that the department
requires. The claim for compensation must be filed within one hundred
eighty (180) days after the removal is completed. The state's share of
the compensation shall be paid from funds appropriated under this
section.
