§ 8-23-2-12 — Engineers and land surveyors; contracts; compensation
A contract for professional services of
engineers or land surveyors may be made on the basis of competence
and qualifications for the type of services to be performed.
Compensation that the department determines to be reasonable may be
negotiated.
