Text
In undertaking the inventory under this chapter,
the department shall give written notice to the county road supervisor
and the county executive thirty (30) days before the inventory actually
begins that an inventory is underway. The department shall confer with
the local officials to confirm the accuracy of the inventory. If the
county executive believes an error has been made, the executive may
appeal to the commissioner for a review of the inventory results.
