§ 8-23-1-46 — "Work program"
"Work program" means a schedule of steps to be followed in implementing a transportation plan, including the following:
(1)A description of the sequence of steps.
(2)The time limit within which each step is to be completed.
(3)The product of each step.
(4)The staff and resources required.
