§ 8-23-1-26 — "Junk"
"Junk" means old or scrap copper, brass, rope,
rags, batteries, paper, trash, rubber debris, waste, or junked,
dismantled, or wrecked automobiles or automobile parts, iron, steel,
and other old scrap ferrous or nonferrous material.
