Indiana Statutes
§ 8-23-1-21 — "Erect"
"Erect" means to construct, build, raise,
assemble, place, affix, attach, create, paint, draw, or in any way bring
into being or establish. The term does not include an activity performed
as an incident to the change of an advertising message or normal
maintenance or repair of a sign structure.
