§ 8-22-4-7 — Approval by other states

Indiana·Art. 22 AIRPORTS·Ch. 4 Joint State Airport Authorities

Before commencement of proceedings for the
acquisition and establishment of airports, landing fields, or other air
navigation facilities, approval of the acquisition or establishment of the
airports, landing fields or other air navigation facilities must be secured
and granted by the respective aeronautics commissions of the party
states.
