Text
This chapter and IC 8-22-3.6 contain full
and complete authority for leases between the development authority
and the authority. No law, procedure, proceedings, publications,
notices, consents, approvals, orders, or acts by the board, authority or
the eligible entity or any other officer, department, agency, or
instrumentality of the state or any political subdivision are required to
enter into any lease, except as prescribed in this chapter and IC 8-22-3.6.
