§ 8-22-3-7 — Conflicts of interest
A member of the board is ineligible to hold an
appointive office or employment for the authority. A member of the
board may not have a pecuniary interest (as defined in IC 35-44.1-1-4(a)(3)) in any contract with or claim against the authority.
