§ 8-22-3-12 — Contracts for improvements and purchases

For all contracts for improvements and
purchases, other than those for professional services and those for the
acquisition of land, easements, and rights-of-way, IC 5-22, IC 36-1-9.5,
and IC 36-1-12 apply.
