Text

All sums received from the government of the United States and any agency or department thereof as federal aid for aviation purposes except sums received by municipalities under IC 8-21-8-1(c)(2) shall be credited to the department by the state comptroller and shall be used in accordance with federal laws and regulations and the laws of this state.
