Text
The department, a member of the department, or an authorized representative of the department, may:
(1)compel the attendance of witnesses;
(2)swear witnesses;
(3)take testimony under oath; and
(4)make a record of testimony.
After a record is made under the direction of the department, an
administrative law judge, or an authorized representative of the
department, the department may make an appropriate order upon the
record.
