Text
The department may perform all reasonably necessary actions to carry out this chapter, including the power, subject to:
(1)the approval of the state personnel department and the budget
agency; and
(2)IC 4-21.5;
to employ and fix the compensation of administrative law judges,
investigators, clerks, and other employees as necessary or advisable for
the effective administration of this chapter.
