§ 8-2.1-22-42 — Intrastate carriers; identification to be displayed on each vehicle

(a)An intrastate motor carrier regulated under this chapter shall display identification, in the method prescribed by rules of the department, on each motor vehicle it operates.
(b)A person who violates this section commits a Class C misdemeanor.
