Text
In addition to all other powers granted to the
department under this chapter, the department may suspend, in whole
or in part, any certificate upon the application of the holder thereof,
without notice, for the duration of a declared war or a declared national
emergency and for a period of six (6) months thereafter, or for any
lesser period of time.
