§ 8-2.1-22-33 — Registration of vehicles

Indiana·Art. 2.1 MOTOR CARRIER REGULATION·Ch. 22 Transportation of Passengers and Household Goods
A person who is engaged in the intrastate transportation of passengers or household goods must register under the unified carrier registration system in accordance with rules adopted by the department under IC 4-22-2 before operating a motor vehicle upon a public highway located in Indiana.
