§ 8-2.1-22-32 — Application of chapter
This chapter applies to persons engaged in
the transportation of passengers or household goods over the public
highways regardless of whether that transportation is interstate or
intrastate, except to the extent this chapter contravenes the Constitution
or the laws of the United States.
