Text
The department may suspend or revoke the
license of any broker for any violation of this chapter or any rule issued
under this chapter by the department. The fee for a broker's license is
one hundred dollars ($100), which shall be paid at the time the
application is made and shall be disposed of in the manner as other fees
which are collected by the department. Any license so issued to any
broker remains valid until surrendered or revoked.
