5.A person who violates a provision of
this chapter involving a consumer transaction (as defined in IC 24-5-0.5-2(a)(1)) entailing the transportation of passengers or
household goods commits a deceptive act that is actionable by the
attorney general under IC 24-5-0.5 and is subject to the remedies and
penalties under IC 24-5-0.5, in addition to all other remedies and
penalties under this chapter.
