§ 8-2.1-22-14 — Route deviation

Indiana·Art. 2.1 MOTOR CARRIER REGULATION·Ch. 22 Transportation of Passengers and Household Goods
(a)A common carrier by motor vehicle operating under any certificate may not deviate from the route over which or the fixed termini between which it is authorized to operate under the certificate, except under such general or special rules as prescribed by the department.
(b)A person who violates this section commits a Class C infraction.
