2. "Delivery available period" means the period of time when a DNC driver is:
(1)logged on to a digital network;
(2)available to receive requests to provide delivery services from
a DNC;
(3)operating a personal vehicle; and
(4)not providing delivery services or operating in the delivery
service period.
