Text
"TNC driver" means an individual who:
(1)receives:
(A)connections to potential TNC riders; and
(B)related services;
from a TNC in exchange for payment of a fee to the TNC; and
(2)uses a personal vehicle to offer or provide prearranged rides
to TNC riders:
(A)upon connection through a digital network controlled by the
TNC; and
(B)in exchange for compensation or payment of a fee.
