§ 8-2.1-17-17 — "Temporary authority"

Indiana·Art. 2.1 MOTOR CARRIER REGULATION·Ch. 17 Definitions
"Temporary authority" means limited term motor carrier operating authority issued for periods up to one hundred eighty (180) days by the department to authorize transportation service for which there is an immediate and urgent need and that cannot be met by other motor carrier service. The term includes emergency temporary authority.
