Indiana Statutes
§ 8-2-16-2 — "Interstate bridge" defined
For the purposes of this chapter the term
"interstate bridge," means any bridge across a navigable stream one
terminus of which is located in the state of Indiana and the other
terminus which is located in a neighboring state other than the state of
Illinois.
