§ 8-18-20-7 — Expiration of trustee's term; successor

(a)As the term of a trustee expires, a successor shall be appointed by the same appointing authority, for a term of four
(4)years.
(b)A trustee holds over after the expiration of the trustee's term until a successor is appointed and qualified.
