§ 8-17-8-3 — Maps; sale and free distribution
The maps shall be available to all units of
government free of charge. The maps shall be available to the general
public at a charge to be determined by the county plan commission or
county executive. Money received from the sale of the maps shall be
deposited in the county general fund.
