§ 8-17-7-2 — Definitions
(a)As used in this chapter, "local highway
system" includes all roads, bridges, culverts, necessary supports,
drainage facilities, and roadside developments within the rights-of-way.
(b)As used in this chapter, "department" refers to the Indiana
department of transportation.
