§ 8-17-5-9 — Certification of employment

Indiana·Art. 17 COUNTY ROADS─ADMINISTRATION AND·Ch. 5 County Highway Engineers

The auditor of each county that employs a full-time county highway engineer shall annually certify that employment to the state comptroller. The certification must include:

(1)the name and address of the county highway engineer; and
