§ 8-17-3-10 — County highway supervisor; annual road school; expenses; bond
(a)A county highway supervisor shall attend
all the sessions of the annual road school during every year of the
supervisor's term. The expenses of the county highway supervisor,
including the actual expenses of transportation to and from the school,
together with the expense of lodging and tuition, shall be paid from the
county highway maintenance fund.
(b)Before entering upon the discharge of official duties, a county
highway supervisor shall, under IC 5-4-1, execute a bond conditioned
on the faithful discharge of all duties required of the county highway
supervisor.
