§ 8-16-2-10 — Dedication of bridges

Indiana·Art. 16 BRIDGES AND TUNNELS·Ch. 2 Interstate Toll Bridges
Any and every bridge which may be constructed under the provisions of this chapter shall be and hereby is dedicated as an instrument of interstate commerce for the equal use of all citizens of the United States and of any other persons who may be entitled to the use thereof.
