Text
Any action to contest the validity of a
public-private agreement or any underlying agreement related to the
public-private project that is entered into under this article may not be
brought after the fifteenth day following the publication of the notice
of the designation of an operator under the public-private agreement as
provided in section 11 of this chapter.
