Text
Notwithstanding any other law, each county,
city, town, township, and other political subdivision and public agency
of the state may lease, lend, grant, or convey to the state at the request
of the department, upon reasonable and fair terms and conditions, and
without the necessity for an advertisement, order of court, or other
formal action (other than the regular and formal action of the
departments concerned), any real property for the purposes of this
chapter.
