Text
The department may accept gifts, devises,
bequests, grants, loans, appropriations, revenue sharing, and any other
financing and assistance from any source and agree to and comply with
conditions attached to it. Subject to the conditions agreed to by the
department, the department may distribute any gifts, devises, bequests,
grants, loans, appropriations, revenue sharing, and any other financing
and assistance received under this section to an operator, as set forth in
a public-private agreement.
