§ 8-15-3-17 — Contracts, leases, and other agreements
The department may make and enter into all
leases, licenses, conveyances, contracts, and agreements necessary or
incidental to the performance of the department's duties and the
execution of the department's powers under this chapter and IC 8-15.7.
