Text
Unless the authority publicly declares an
emergency, it may not during any six (6) month period make separate
contracts or agreements with another party for similar purposes under
section 5(7) of this chapter without advertising for and accepting public
bids, if the aggregate cost of the separate contracts or agreements is
more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
