Text

The authority shall have power to adopt bylaws and, under IC 4-22-2, rules and regulations as it may deem advisable for:

(1)the control and regulation of traffic on any toll road project;
(2)the protection and preservation of property under its jurisdiction and control; and
(3)the maintenance and preservation of good order within the property under its control. However, such rules and regulations shall provide that public police officers shall be afforded ready access, while in the performance of their official duty, to all property under the jurisdiction of the authority without the payment of tolls.
