Text
The authority is responsible for the
construction, leasing, and ownership of projects. With respect to each
project, the authority and the department may enter into a contract for
the purposes set forth in this chapter. If the authority and the
department decide to enter into a contract under this chapter, the
authority and the department may enter into a separate contract for
each project or a master contract for several projects.
