§ 8-14-9-17 — Expenditures not subject to Geometric Design Guide for Local Roads and Streets
Notwithstanding any other law, expenditures
made from the local county road and bridge district construction fund
are not subject to the provisions of the Geometric Design Guide for
Local Roads and Streets.
