§ 8-14-8-9 — Expenditures not subject to Geometric Design Guide for Local Roads and Streets
Notwithstanding any other law, expenditure
made from the distressed roads fund are not subject to the provisions
of the Geometric Design Guide for Local Roads and Streets.
