Text
For purposes of this chapter, "qualified county" refers to any of the following counties:
(1)A county having a population of more than sixty thousand
(60,000) and less than sixty-five thousand (65,000).
(2)A county having a population of more than forty-three
thousand five hundred (43,500) and less than forty-five thousand
(45,000).
(3)A county having a population of more than thirty-three
thousand (33,000) and less than thirty-three thousand one
hundred (33,100).
(4)A county having a population of more than thirty-three
thousand three hundred (33,300) and less than thirty-four
thousand (34,000).
(5)A county having a population of more than twenty-five
thousand (25,000) and less than twenty-six thousand (26,000).
(6)A county having a population of more than nineteen thousand
(19,000)
