Text

A member of the commission or an agent or employee of the ports of Indiana who knowingly is interested in any contract with the ports of Indiana, or in the sale of any property, either real or personal, to the ports of Indiana, commits a Class A misdemeanor. All such contracts are void. This section does not apply to contracts for purchases of property, real or personal, between the ports of Indiana and other departments, municipalities, or subdivisions of state government.
