Text
(a)The board may not issue any bonds
authorized by this chapter until it has secured the approval for the
issuance of the bonds from the fiscal body of the unit served by the
department.
(b)IC 6-1.1-20 applies to the issuance of bonds under this chapter
which are or may be payable from the special benefit property tax.
