Text
A board acquiring a storm water system and
paying for it and for extensions and betterments authorized at the time
of acquisition may provide for the combined cost in one (1) issue of
bonds. The board shall issue and secure the bonds in the manner
provided in this chapter to provide funds for the original construction
of a storm water system.
